  • A third-generation teacher in her family
  • Studied at the International School of Latvia and is an International Baccalaureate Diploma graduate.
  • Earned B.A. in Translation and Interpreting at the Baltic International Academy.
  • Took part in international exchange programs at the Universidad de Alicante where she studied in Spanish and English, and at the Université Bordeaux-Montaigne where she studied in French and English.
  • Completed internships at the Latvian Academy of Science (LZA) in Riga and at Malmömässan Convention Centre in Malmö, Sweden.
  • This year she’s going to continue her studies at the Oxford Brookes University to earn a Master's degree in Education and TESOL.
  • Multilingual; Fluent in English, French and Russian languages; also passed LPE examinations in Latvian, Spanish, German and Chinese languages.
  • Skilled in language support and tutoring in English, Russian and French languages.
  • She cherishes cultural diversity and inclusion and she has always been a part of a multicultural and international community.
  • In 2017, she had also taken part in translating “Billy and the Minpins” children's book by Roald Dahl.
  • In her free time, she enjoys oil painting and playing the piano.
