EIS is a UNITED community of learners who work collaboratively to reach high academic standards, encouraging project-based learning in a UNIQUE educational environment. We are a team of co-creators on a shared journey of growth through prioritization of language acquisition, subjects of choice, and personalized exploratory inquiry aimed at creating active and UNIVERSAL citizens of an ever-changing world. Our students, teachers, and parents learn to work collaboratively, take part in decision-making and school governance, provide community service and innovate creatively.

Council of International Schools

We are excited to announce that Exupery International School (EIS) has been granted membership of the Council of International Schools (CIS). The CIS represents a prestigious body of schools committed to providing high-quality, progressive education in a globally-conscious environment. With CIS support, the experiences and learning provided by Exupery International School will open even more doors for our graduates and current students.

Some of the strengths identified by our visiting CIS expert included:

  • a holistic educational program with an emphasis on language acquisition, individual learning approaches, and authentic learning experiences
  • a collaborative spirit and synergy that drives improvement and innovation amongst the entire school community;
  • a state-of-the-art building and well-resourced and maintained facilities which are both aesthetically pleasing and conducive to the atmosphere of contemporary learning.

As a member school, EIS now has the access to the full range of CIS programs and services including:

  • the pursuit of CIS International Accreditation - a rigorous school improvement process achieved through peer review and evaluation;
  • the pursuit of CIS International Certification - a project-based process of guided school development which allows schools to validate, further develop and gain recognition for their international programs;
  • the worldwide recruitment and selection of well-vetted educational staff
  • university Admission and Guidance Counselling support through our Higher Education division;
  • collaboration and networking opportunities with international educators around the world.

School Roadmap

The following roadmap lays out the sequence of events and actions we project for the school between now and the graduation of the first cohort of Exupery International School (EIS) students. This is a preliminary document that requires verification with International School Services (ISS), the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB), and the Council of International Schools (CIS). Once we verify the steps, we can begin to develop key messaging for EIS parents (current and prospective) around each step.
