The school kitchen and canteen design has been devised in partnership with the chef of the “36.line” restaurant Lauris Aleksejevs, while the diverse menu has been created, taking into account children’s needs and tastes.

The following roadmap lays out the sequence of events and actions we project for the school between now and the graduation of the first cohort of Exupery International School (EIS) students. This is a preliminary document that requires verification with International School Services (ISS), the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB), and the Council of International Schools (CIS). Once we verify the steps, we can begin to develop key messaging for EIS parents (current and prospective) around each step.
