We bet everyone can make pancakes. Well, probably, most people. But what about French pancakes?

This lightweight crispy delicacy has a story all of its own. Last week EIS students and French language teachers prepared an engaging event for International Francophonie Day. This holiday honours 300 million French speakers across five continents, and we were happy to join in the celebrations!

Creative workshops were supported by an enlightening presentation prepared by our students. They also had a chance to discover the work of outstanding French-speaking scientists, humanitarians, artists and philosophers, and much more. We are glad to share the last week’s highlights in these photos.
