Without hesitation, we’d say it’s the people — and our Family Day Festival last Friday was the perfect reminder of that. So was the school band with the funny name The Salad — called that because it brought together every part of the school community, from students to the Head of School.
The event had it all: a DJ, a variety of exciting games, sports and arts activities for all age groups, fantastic live performances, graceful stilt walkers, a clown, a magician, and even a super-energetic Zumba session. On top of that, guests enjoyed pizza straight from the oven, coffee brewed on the spot, cocktails, seasonal fruit and berries, and free ice cream.
But what stood out most were the smiles — dozens of happy faces of students, parents, teachers, and friends who came together that day.
And you know what? It reminds us that joy is not just a passing feeling — it’s something we create together at EIS. Cheers!
