first place in the regional informatics olympiad
Congratulations to our Grade 11 student, Aleksandrs, who has secured first place in the Regional Informatics (Programming) Olympiad and was invited to its next round, which will gather the best students nationwide.

In Aleksandrs' own words, the Olympiad, with three assignments and an overall duration of five hours, was "a bit out of a comfort zone", yet he managed to win!

Aside from Programming, Aleksandrs is fond of Physics, Math and Economics, but that is not all. Recently, he bought a synthesizer and is now learning to play it. We are happy that such multitalented students are studying at the Exupery International School.

We thank Aleksandrs for his diligent work and Sergejs Bratarčuks, his Computer Science teacher, for outstanding mentorship and support. We wish them both even more remarkable achievements in the future.
