Last Saturday, our IB Diploma students joined peers from other international schools for Pinkathon 2025 — a charity walk in Saliena held in aid of the Pink Train Foundation, which provides physiotherapy and psychological help for women undergoing breast cancer treatment.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month — a time to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and support those affected.
According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), one in twenty women worldwide will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
By taking part, our students helped not only to support the cause financially but also to raise awareness and compassion — turning knowledge into meaningful action.
