From January 30 to February 1, 2026, EIS will host this year’s Model United Nations (MUN) — a conference dedicated to “Diplomacy in an Era of Global Fragmentation.”
Participation in MUN projects has long been a tradition at our school. However, this particular event carries special significance: it is the personal CAS project of our G11 student Alexandra, and a truly valuable CAS experience for the rest of her team.
Now, what is MUN?
Model United Nations brings students from all over the world together to simulate the work of the United Nations. By representing different countries, debating global issues, and negotiating resolutions, participants experience international diplomacy first-hand. Along with fostering global citizenship — a core EIS value — MUN helps students strengthen public speaking, argumentation, leadership, and teamwork while connecting with fellow delegates.
