IB Economics Course
IB Economics Course — by focusing on the six real-world issues through the nine key concepts (scarcity, choice, efficiency, equity, economic well-being, sustainability, change, interdependence, and intervention), students in the DP economics course develop the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes that encourage them to act responsibly as global citizens. Throughout the course, students research current real-world issues and it is expected that through their research, students will be able to identify both the value and limitations of economic models in explaining economic behavior and outcomes in the real world.
