Our librarians and teachers have put together a list of summer reading ideas that go beyond the required curriculum. The list features a wide range of captivating books, including adventures, detective stories, fairy tales and real stories about friendship, animals, parent-child relationships, emotions and miracles. We made sure to compile a diverse selection of books that reflect the variety and complexity of our world.


While some of these books may have been enjoyed by your parents during their school days, we have also included recently published works. The list is divided by age groups, but readers of all ages can explore different lists and choose what appeals to them. Some books may interest adults as well. Moreover, if a book doesn't spark your interest or feels overwhelming, you can simply set it aside, as Daniel Pennac suggests in his famous book, "Reads Like a Novel". This approach lets you embark on an exciting adventure of exploring, evaluating and discovering books that truly speak to you.
