I am a Preschool and Primary PE teacher and Sport Program Coordinator.

Qualifications:
Before joining EIS, I worked at the International School of Riga.
Professional Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science from the Latvian Academy of Sport Education, specializing in sports teaching and recreation.
Professional Master's Degree in Sports Science from the Latvian Academy of Sport Education, specializing in physical fitness coaching.
I am proud of staying true to my values of kindness and curiosity—both as a teacher and as a person. I am proud that I can create a safe and supportive environment where students feel confident to try new things, learn, and express their unique personalities. I care deeply about my students and strive to build personal connections with them, encouraging their dreams and showing them that they are seen, valued, and supported.

After work, I like spending weekends at our countryside house. It’s a chance to slow down, enjoy time with family through games and fun activities, or simply relax with a good book or a movie night with my husband. Whenever possible, I also look forward to going to the theatre—it's something I truly enjoy.
To get up in the morning and go to school, I think of the good things I’m looking forward to that day—it helps me start with a positive mindset and reminds me how lucky I am to be living my dream job.

When I was a child, I wanted to become a good person. I still try to live by that—because being a truly good person isn’t always easy, but it’s something worth striving for every day.

I’m constantly learning from kids—how to embrace acceptance, find joy in the simplest things, be fearless, and how to forgive quickly and still stay the best of friends.

The school of the future is where curiosity leads, creativity thrives, and every child feels like they truly belong.
