Families, with three or more children attending EIS Primary or Middle School, may contact the Admissions Officer to apply
for a 10% discount on tuition fees for each child. (Discounts for any current families will be retained).
Enrolment fee - March 15th
This fee covers the costs associated with learning resources including, but not limited to, library books, textbooks, stationary,
PE equipment and costs, art and science resources, etc. The enrolment fee is to be paid by 15th March for every child based on the
submitted application for enrolment for every new academic year. The enrolment fee is non-refundable. This fee must be paid in full
even in cases of late enrolment.
This deadline is set to help ensure that we can offer the right number of classes in each year, recruit the necessary staff, and ensure
that in the case of pre-school that we can offer the language choices requested.
Parents may seek to enroll a child at any time during the academic. EIS may grant such requests provided there is sufficient space
available in the required grades and/or groups.
The capital fee is to be paid for every child, only once, in the first year of enrolment within the EIS School or Preschool.
The capital fee is non-refundable. This fee covers capital expenditure costs including those related to construction and renovation of our premises.
Depending on the school grade or child's age, additional paid service options are available at EIS. Among such services there are:
Meal Program Payments
The meals are provided four times a day and include breakfast, lunch, and two snacks. The meals are
provided by our outsourced partner company: ‘36 Line’. The payments for the meals would be invoiced according with the payment schedule
chosen. The payments for the meals should be made by the family on a quarterly basis.
School Bus (transfer service)
School Bus (transfer service) Based on the school calendar, this service starts in the second
week of school; parents need to pre-book their child’s seat on a bus with a specific frequency. There are bus routes available from Rīga
and Jūrmala. Payments are to be made directly to the bus service providers.
Optional International Field Trips
International field trips are organized by the school and are optional. The cost of the
trips shall be fully covered by the student’s parents.
An extra fee may be charged for students who have special educational/medical needs or if they are in the need of a Specialized Program.
Additional costs to parents, calculated on a case-by-case basis, can include, but are not limited to, the following: one-to-one assistant,
assistive devices, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, tutors, psychotherapy, psychologist, standardize testing,
additional/materials etc., and the teaching/support staff involved.
The cost of external examinations shall be fully covered by the student’s parents.
