We encourage independent and gifted high school learners from all over the world to apply for EIS scholarship competition. By continuing your education with us, you will thrive in an international environment, pursue your passions, and prepare for entry into the best universities in the world.

Our scholarship recipients have come from Brazil, China, Georgia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Malta, Russia and Ukraine. They are both day and boarding students. Their scholarships have allowed them to engage in various scientific and research projects, as well as arts and humanities, sports and many other fields. The IB Diploma Programme has encouraged their academic growth, rewarded their hard work, and gave them an excellent chance to be admitted to the most prestigious universities worldwide.

Scholarship Competition Process

Parents should submit an Application format https://exupery.lv/enquiry and provide supporting documents to EIS admissions. All supporting documents must be provided within the online application before the application deadline on February 28, 2025:

  1. Academic transcript from the current school for the last two years (provided in English or Latvian);
  2. Online High school questionary completed by the applicant (link available at the applicant profile after submitting application form);
  3. Certificates of achievements for the last two years.

The scholarship committee will review all completed applications and keep applicants informed about next steps as well as the individual results of the competition.

Selected applicants should be ready to participate in online English and academic assessment tests and interviews with the EIS Scholarship Committee online or on campus scheduled in March 2025. All international applicants applying form outside of Latvia will be invited for the online tests and interviews. Applicants, applying from Latvia, will be invited for assessment on EIS Campus.

The amount of each scholarship may vary and will cover up to 100% of the EIS yearly fees for day or boarding for the 2025/26 Academic Year. The scholarship will cover a major part of tuition or boarding fees, but will not cover expenses for food or the school deposit, or any extra expenses such as exam fees, travel, visa applications, etc. A full breakdown of EIS fees can be found here: https://exupery.lv/admission#financial

Please note that boarding students from outside will need to apply for a visa or residence permit. Please take into consideration that obtaining visas and /or permits is the responsibility of the applicant’s family.

While the entire graduating class of 2023 surpassed the world average at the IB DP exams, one of the scholarship recipients had achieved perfect IB DP exam score of 45.
One of the EIS graduates was accepted to Williams College, ranking #1 among the best National Liberal Arts Colleges in the US in 2022-2023.
In summer 2023, another graduate won a silver medal at the 16th International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics 2023. This achievement also marked her final school Olympiad before she embarked on her studies at École Polytechnique in Paris.
