Here are some of the workshops that will be featured at the festival:

Kokles as a Cultural Code
Listening to the traditional instrument kokle is enchanting, especially when played by professional musicians in folk costumes. However, what adds an even more captivating touch is the opportunity to try playing it yourself.
Folk Dancing
Eriks Zeps, a popular Latvian folklorist, will lead energetic group dances and games at the festival. You'll find yourself clapping and moving to the rhythm and experiencing the simple joy of dancing together with others.
Puzuri
Puzuri is the popular Latvian symbol of harmony and light. This is a perfect design to create to go with your "dreamcatchers"!
How to wear a folk costume?
Latvian folk costumes come in various styles, with each region in Latvia having its own distinct look. What makes these costumes truly special is that they are carefully handmade from the very beginning to the final touches.
Singing
Imagine the joy of singing together with children and adults, yet sounding harmonious. It's not about being a professional singer, but rather about sharing the love of music and singing together.
Candle casting
Let's create your own scented candles using natural beeswax. Along the way, we'll explore different candle types and discover the fascinating details of candle-making.
Traditional henna drawings
You can try your hand at creating henna designs in the traditional Latvian style, offering a great chance to practice and surprise your friends at the Līgo celebration.
