Preschool Homeroom Teacher

My name is Anna Astafieva. I am Grade 4 teacher assistant.

I graduated from Latvia with a Bachelors degree in Culture Management and now I am doing my MA in Education Sciences.

I am proud of my father.

After work I like to go to the gym or spend my time with family/friends.

Qualifications:

Before EIS I was working at private kindergartens as a homeroom teacher and English teacher.

To get up in the morning and go to school, I tell myself: 'it’s a new day and I can make it better than previous'.

When I was a child I wanted to become an ecologist.

I am learning from kids (especially small kids) to love someone unconditionally.

The school of the future... it is about transformative teaching and technology-enhanced learning.
