My name is Zane Balode. I will be teaching Secondary Visual Arts. This will be my 7th academic year at EIS.

Before EIS I was working as professional artist / painter which I am now as well.

I am proud of being able to show my students how creativity can change their thinking.

After work I like to dance Bachata, paint, spend my time with my daughter and be by the sea.

To get up in the morning and go to school I tell myself... I love my colleagues, and I have power to show students how art can help them to see things different.

When I was a child I wanted to become... a painter.

I am learning from kids to be patient and happy.
