EIS student received an honorable mention at the iPhO World Physics Olympiad

Achievements
Congratulations to our student Olita Zadoroznaja, who received an honorable mention at the iPhO World Physics Olympiad! High school students from over 80 countries competed in the Olympiad, and only the top five students from each country took part – so this was a truly great achievement by Olita.

“I usually don't think about my achievements at the Olympiads,” said Olita, after hearing about her triumph. “I just love the whole process of preparation, of discovering something new, of puzzling over a problem and finally coming up with the solution. It makes me happy that each problem is more challenging than the last – and it’s great to have the feeling that I can solve it too!”.

We warmly applaud Olita – as well as her teacher at Exupery, Sergejs Bratarcuks. And of course it is a very proud moment too for all of us at EIS, as we all take pride in this wonderful achievement at the Olympiad.
