EIS Student Support Team
Students learn differently. While some thrive with a little extra encouragement, others may benefit from additional academic guidance, language support, or help navigating social and emotional challenges.

At Exupery International School, we believe that these differences are not obstacles — they are part of what makes every learner unique.

Our Student Support Team works alongside students, families, teachers, and school leadership to help each child feel confident, included, and able to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.

Whether a student is adjusting to a new school environment, developing language skills, overcoming learning challenges, or simply needs additional guidance, our team is here to help.
In our work, we combine professional expertise with a personalized approach to every learner. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, we recognize each student’s strengths and potential, and create opportunities for growth.

At EIS, we believe in:
Our Approach
Early identification and timely intervention
Strong partnerships with families
Respect for every learner’s individuality
Student well-being as the foundation for success
Building independence, resilience, and self-confidence
Every support plan is tailored to the student and reviewed regularly to ensure that it remains meaningful, effective, and responsive to their development.

We believe that parents are among the most important partners in every child’s educational journey. Open communication and collaboration between school and home create the strongest foundation for student success. Families are encouraged to share relevant information about their child’s learning, development, and well-being so that support can be tailored appropriately.

Together, we work to ensure that every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
We are committed to creating a community where diversity is celebrated, barriers to learning are addressed, and every child is given the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Trips
At Exupery International School, learning extends far beyond the classroom — and far beyond Latvia. Throughout the school year, we organise educational trips, cultural visits, outdoor learning experiences, and international excursions that help students connect what they learn at school with the world around them.

Our students have had opportunities to explore different countries and cultures through trips to destinations such as Croatia, Iceland, the UK, Germany, Australia, China, and many others. These experiences broaden their perspective, encourage independence, and help them develop curiosity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the world.

Whether visiting museums, theatres, universities, nature sites, historical landmarks, or community organisations, our students learn to observe, ask questions, collaborate, and see knowledge in action.

For us, excursions are an important part of student growth and well-being. They support academic learning, social development, intercultural awareness, independence, and meaningful connections with both the local and international community.
